We streamlined our processes every step of the way. Your online orders are automatically entered into our ERP system and delivered to the process engineer's workstation to be prepared for 3D Printing. From there they follow a barcoded traveler through our facility to be post processed, inspected and shipped. This allows us to provide the fastest possible processing with most deliveries occurring within 1 to 2 days.
Each 3D printing technology has its capability of accuracy. We have proprietary calibration methods for each technology that we have developed from years of understanding resin shrinkages and how they apply to geometry. Our process engineers have the knowledge and experience to apply the correct parameters providing the greatest accuracy possible from each technology.
The raw processing finish for each technology differs considerably. These finishes can be improved with post processing. Other finishes can be added including, vapor honed, polished, textured, painted, stained, and plated. Whatever finish you require we have in house capabilities and experienced model-makers who can apply them.
Our advanced online system not only lets you get prices and place orders; it is fully integrated with our ERP system. Your orders are automatically entered into our order entry system with your files and any other information you provided with your order. The system automatically delivers the order with all the details to our process engineers to build your parts immediately. Additionally, our online system can be used to find the status of your jobs and to track the parts once they have shipped.
We pride ourselves on having a production system that allows us to reduce the cost of production. We never cut corners to do this we just cut the waste. From customers' orders to purchasing materials and shipping, we do it quickly, accurately and consistently. This gives us the ability to be very competitive in our pricing.
At SICAM our depth of experience goes back to 1990, with the purchase of our first SLA machine (Stereolithography Apparatus). That experience is applied today… where we run a fleet of 3D Printers 24-7 producing outstanding quality parts. Our employees are the key to our success with backgrounds in prototyping, model making, engineering, manufacturing, tooling, quality, and production control.
We have a complete model shop, giving us the ability to prepare patterns, install threaded inserts, paint and texture parts, and apply deco and printing on parts. We can also fixture multiple parts to create large assemblies in our facility. If you need to implement a design change, no problem, many times it can be done by our model-makers without making a new part.
From metals to plastics and flexible to rigid materials, we have multiple technologies to produce a vast array of different materials. Use our technology selector to determine the best 3D printing technology for your material requirements.
SICAM’s large volume capabilities can create a single part as large as 36” x 36” x 18”. Our model shop has also become experts in aligning and bonding multiple parts when larger parts are required.
It depends on quantites, material and part size. Contact a Sicam Tecnical Sales person to help you decide on the correct technology to use.
